We all experience stress sometimes. These are feelings we need to deal with when things get difficult. And yes, there are many tips and tricks we can apply to calm down our nervous system. But is there a fun way?


According to neuroscientists at Mindlab International, specified tunes can help to produce a greater state of relaxation. Listening to that one song "Weightless" resulted in a 65% reduction in participants' overall anxiety, and a 35% reduction in their usual physiological resting rates. This song has carefully arranged harmonies, rhythms, and bass lines help slow a listener's heart rate, reduce blood pressure and lower levels of the stress hormone cortisol.


So put on the music, relax and have a great start of the New Year!
